Your satisfaction is my goal. You may return any purchase within 5 days of its delivery to you. You will receive store credit or complete exchange. This time all shipping charges will be added to the bill.
You must notify me via phone or Email and get an RMA (returned merchandise advice). Returns without an RMA will be refused.
In order to get store credit the item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and tags. I make that final determination. My business is built on trust and people that want to feel wonderful.

If it has not shipped and is a stock order I will do everything I can to help with changes. If it has shipped, I will exchange stock items as long as you pay the shipping. I ship your original order at no charge.
Because of the high cost of importing these beauties I order only every 2 weeks. This allows me to pass these great savings on to you. You may get lucky and catch me before the order has been placed with the manufacturer. I will cancel the order and charge a 20% handling fee if you do. I will do all I can to accommodate you however if the order has been made we will have to stick to it. All custom orders are paid in advance. Be very careful when ordering. You can expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks.
A flat rate of 20.00 is added to your corset purchase. I feel it is important to be able to track your purchase and get it to you in a timely manner. I will of course adjust for multiple purchases.
